Nutrition for Super Low Body Fat

    Hi guys,

I'm about 10 ibs of fat around the midsection and glutes away from having an awesome physique. The challenge is I've been stuck there or a real long time. I've done different things. I've been tracking my food meticulously for almost two years now. Right now I'm following the Tacfit Warrior Program as well as the diet advice Scott recommends.

Any suggestions on disappearing the last 10 ibs?

Im in a similar position with the last few pounds of bodyfat.
I will say this 2 months of being wheat-free has made a HUGE difference. I never tracked bodyfat loss so Im not sure of the percentage lost- but I am 4kgs down -not that weight loss is the issue. Its an indication of what wheat free has given me.
Been training as before, commando 4x7, but now I feel lighter and more energized and deeper clarity of mind

    hope this helps

    Hey Ghost,

Thanks for sharing. I've been gluten, dairy and sugar free for about week now. I also feel lighter and more energized with deeper clarity of mind. Just finished day 22 of Tacfit Warrior at the Lite level. I'm looking forward to stepping up to Pre-Recruit soon. Hopefully I will have a nice before and after picture to show soon. Keep training bro we're all in this together.

I have been flirting with paleo diet myself for the last 4 weeks. I started not to get ripped, but because I wanted to see if my stumach felt better and if it was true you would feel more energic. Now, I have always been skinny, but with a belt of fat around waist, no matter how or what I have done.
My experience is I almost imideately lost 2 kg and now my "lovingly" insulation around the navel is disappering. Well, that was the bad news - the good is that I do feel much more energic
