    Tacffit 26

Can anyone tell me what files should be included with TACFIT 26?

I bought it this week and the only files made available to me so far have been the 26 workout videos (Alpha thru Zulu) but no manual or specific warmup/cooldown videos.

Box 26, nice one! There should be links for the manual (PDF), the program charts (PDF), a prepost video file (mobility and compensations), a conference video file (Coach Sonnon's program description) and all the program video files (Alpha-Zulu). If some of these files are not present submit a ticket to the RMAX help desk here. They will respond quickly. Let us know how it goes.

Im not too concerned about the charts but are the mobility/ compensations specific to each workout or is there just 1 warmup and 1 Cooldown to cover all 26 workouts?

It was suggested I just use strain prevention & stress conversion as warm up & Cooldown until it is sorted out but it doesn't seem very specific compared to the targeted mobility / compensations I've come to appreciate about the rest of the tacfit programs.

I submitted a ticket with the help desk and apparently the CST affiliate I bought Tacfit 26 from no longer represents RMAX so they are unable to help with the matter.
So I have been cycling through the Alpha-Zulu workouts on my high days after a Mod day of King of Clubs and am loving the cycle.

I was reading somewhere on the forum about about the Hard Responsible Push and got wondering if there are any other periodisation models in the 26 box manual that haven't been mentioned in any of the other Tacfit programs. I'm assuming a 4x7 wave would be the standard recommendation with A-Z workouts alternated on Mod and High days.

As for cool down I've just been selecting 6 poses that I think will compensate for the exercises in each workout and making notes on what is tight or sore on the days following to gauge how effective the compensation was, then running through Move & Groove from CBHE, strain prevention and flows from the Prasara Primer on Low days to help address any lingering tightness.

I feel it's going great so far but without knowing the recommended periodisation & compensations I'd love to hear any advice or comments you guys have on how I'm implementing Tacfit 26?

Thumbs up on your current implementation and compensation strategies.

There are 4 methods of programming that Scott covers for TACFIT 26. If you bought the program, you should have access to the supplementary support conference video that covers those methods, no?

Thanks for your responses Coach Clavijo. I bought the program from the CST Australia website and there were issues with providing download links to the program so I only got the Alpha thru Zulu workout videos but none of the other material such as the manual, charts, compensation videos or conference video.
As it now turns out CST Australia no longer represent RMAX which explains the issue with providing me the full program so without the instructions I'm having to implement the program intuitively.
