After reaching advanced level in Intu-Flow, I noticed that my joints are now more 'sensitive' to movement, in the meaning that they are easier to injure if moved incorrectly.
In addition to increased energy and mobility, I have been feeling more pains in some areas of my body which the exact opposite of what I wanted out of Intu-Flow.
For example, today, after I came back from tennis class (I did the Ageless Mobility® warmup before and didn't play intensely anyway), I was walking out of my room and as my foot touched the floor, I felt some kind of twist and pop in my knee followed by mild pain. Now, I feel too much pain when I extend it and it's worse when I extend it and stand on it. The pain doesn't seem superficial, like it's coming from inside the knee.
What do you think happened to my knee? And does enhanced range of motion put the joints at risk?
