    Training and Performing

Could you help me integrate Tacfit/CST training with sports matches. Every weekend, either Satrurday or Sunday, I play cricket (could be baseball).

I have tried training and playing with interesting results on intensity. I have tried training on my off days, but too fatiguing. I like to think I perform at a medium intensity level in a match. So
    no: Intu-Flow
    low: Ageless Mobility®
    med: band ageless
    no: Intu-Flow
    low: prasara
    med: cricket match
    high: KOC
I know KOC is med intensity but it is the nearest paradigm. I have some cricket specific band exercises which is why I would like to include the band ageless and what perhaps puts it into med intensity (or not!) Or should I train KOC twice a week, and do the bands as low intensity, and ageless as no (but then I struggle to do any Intu-Flow)
    Thanks in anticipation

You can use Band Ageless as part of your warm up for KOC if your concern is that you don't get any Intu-Flow® on No Days.

KOC is Moderate, follow it to the letter for at least one 4x7 if you haven't. I suggest putting your sport as High so that you don't need to hold back. After you have done it as prescribed for 1 cycle, feel free to experiment.
