For warm-up, Circular Strength Training® (CST) uses Intu-Flow® Joint Mobility movements to prepare the specific joints that will be used in the activity. I recommend the book "Free to Move" which will give you the theory and research behind Intu-Flow®. This will get you started with learning how to move each joint in the body in preparation for your specific warm-ups. The Intu-Flow® DVD is another resource to get great instruction on how to progress and perform each level of Intu-Flow®.
For cool downs, CST uses compensatory movements from yoga. I recommend the book "Prasara Yoga - Flow Beyond Thought." and related Prasara yoga DVD's.
Even with the books and DVD's it is challenging to understand how to craft activity specific warm ups and cool downs. Believe me the information is there, but if you experience it yourself then you will own it. The best way to experience an activity specific warm up and cool down is to purchase one of the TACFIT programs. You will be provided with joint mobility (warm up) and compensatory (cool down) routines that specifically align with the exercises performed. This will give you another layer of experience to tie it all together.
All of these products are available at the RMAX store - currently there is a big sale at 40% off for books and DVD's.

Eric,
Thanks. It appears I have all the needed material, I will attempt to reverse engineer using TF warmup/ cool downs.
