    TACFIT Survival is HERE!

    It's a Matter of Survival!

    Friends-RMAX'ers,

One of our strongest allies in the TACFIT and CST arenas, whom we are proud to have as RMAX European Director - Alberto Gallazzi - has just released his own product created in cooperation with Coach Sonnon and RMAX International.

To get a firsthand taste of what TACFIT Survival is all about, please visit www.tacfit-survival.com, and get ready to withstand a real challenge!

I have TACFIT Commando, TACFIT R.O.P.E, TACFIT Mas Assault, and TACFIT Kettle-bell. How is TACFIT Survival different from these? I do want to be sure I stay focused, right?

I just ordered Tacfit Survival. I had intended to follow Fire-Fighter (since it is free, for the most part) but will have my go at Survival. The Primal nutrition info piqued my interest when I saw it offered in Barbarian. I am not sure if I can afford to eat healthy (crazy, right?!) being a manual-laborer and single-dad getting no help in $$ or time. But, I don't want to be decrepit when I get "old". Hell, I almost am, turning 35 this summer. Anyway, the rambling has led me to this statement:

Thanks, Coaches Sonnon and Gallazzi. I plan to change much of the negative aspects of my life with the info you have presented and shown me.
Clubbell® and kettlebell attempts. Critiques are welcomed:

    Ron,
If you have had a chance to review the materials you received with SURVIVAL, could you give us a brief summary, please?

Like, how long do sessions last? What equipment is necessary? (I know the Bonus is Clubbell®-based, but what about the general program? is it bodyweight-based?)

And (if you have experience with other TACFIT programs) how does SURVIVAL compare to COMMANDO, ROPE, WARRIOR, MASS-ASSAULT, etc...?

Can it be done on your own? Or do you need an opponent training with you?

    Thanks!

Tabata Protocol, 30 Minutes of work on "High", Bodyweight, and looks HARD; kind of odd, since that Galazzi guy looks so mellow and fluffy This is not the program to start your Grandma out on! If you've done commando, then give it a shot; the movements are interesting and useful, and it looks like a lot of fun! I picked it up, and look forward to doing it down the line; I have to finish up the programs I'm currently working first.

Quality keeps improving. The warm-up flow and the Clubbell® 5 x 5 alone are worth the investment. More knowledge and growth!!

I have had a chance to briefly look through the pdf stuff and some of the video content. This is not my first experience with CST (having recently purchased the CSTGX videos and making my own very rudimentary "clubs") and I have seen the Tacfit Commando moves in many many videos on Youtube. There is some familiarity, of course, but there seems to be much added. Or at the very least, finer points are discussed in good detail that is lacking on some rookie Youtube stuff. As far as I can tell, this can be done alone (I sure hope so, as that's the only way I work out, really) and in your living room. Provided you have a wall you can kick the hell out of, lol.

Program is body-weight, and videos include such Youtube greats as Sinor. His channel is great, and the Prasara videos are quite well done. I am pleased with my purchase and if this doesn't make me over and provide many benefits for me, it is my own fault.

Here are a couple pages found on Mr. Sonnon's Facebook page:
