Question WHICH TacFit MOBILITY PRIOR to non-TacFit BODY-WEIGHT workout?

    I plan on starting a non-TACFIT conventional bodyweight-only routine (push-ups, pull-ups, squats, dips, planks).

Which one of the TACFIT programs I bought should I "borrow" the 5-6 minute MOBILITY routine FROM, to use PRIOR TO the body-weight exercises?

ROPE? WARRIOR? COMMANDO? MASS ASSAULT? DRIFT? ACCELERATOR?

    Thanks!

I would create my own one. LOL. But if you were to choose, ROPE looks more similar to those you mentioned so that's my choice.

    Thanks hermanchauw.
What did you mean when you said that ROPE looks more similar to those I mentioned?

These elements make the bulk of the exercises in ROPE: push-ups, pull-ups, squats, dips, planks

Just because it will make you crazy, if you were to aggregate all of the mobility drills from commando, you'd have a sort of tactical Intu-Flow® that goes head to toe, centerline to extremities. It's what I did for "no intensity" days during commando and warrior.
