    First Tacfit Mission Complete!

Hey everyone, I'm 23 and I am happy to share that for the first time, I have completed a full workout program. Tacfit Warrior. It may seem small, but it was huge for me, a big mountain to climb. Here's why. I grew up spending 6-8 hours a day on the computer. My only physical activity was soccer every now and then, but for the most part I was chair bound my entire life. Obviously this had a big impact on my posture and physique. I've always been a tall skinny guy.

Nevertheless I tried to stick to many fitness programs in the past, yet I could never get past the first few hurdles. I was finally prepared mentally, and took on Tacfit Warrior with all my heart. I did joint mobility each morning and all the goal setting work throughout the program. The goal setting gave me great clarity on what I wanted and where I was heading, and the goals got more and more refined and clear throughout the program.

What worked for me this time was committing to do the program in the morning, before anything else that was not urgent. It was my priority and it paid off. There were a few days when I was questioning if I could do it, but I kept going, even on the days I didn't "feel like it". This has given me great confidence in other areas of my life, that I can keep going and pushing regardless of what comes up internally.

The results. My body has definition! People are noticing. My strength has improved, and the biggest thing. My posture is upright, my shoulders are coming back. HUGE!

I'm now on to my second mission: Training log. Staying at the pre-recruit level, and refining my breathing and technique even more. Really internally distinguishing the difference between a moderate and high intensity day. It just gets better and better. If you want to check out my training log. I'll be posting my progress in there throughout the mission. Thanks for reading, and I wish you success in your goals.

    Cheers!

Congrats, Miro. Way to prioritize first thing in the morning. Get it in, get on with the rest of the day. Very nice.
