    Tacfit Warrior - Pre-recruit

Hey everyone, this is my 2nd Tacfit Warrior mission at the pre-recruit level. You can read about my first mission here.

    My goals for the program:
Career: I make $10,000 by August 15th, 2012 and have clients waiting to work with me
Personal: My energy is high and consistent. My mind is focused, sharp, and disciplined. My spirit is fulfilled.
Physical: I weigh 190lbs and I can now enjoy doing 10 pullups.

I will post in the forums every 4-5 days an update for each cycle.

    Cheers!

    Day 9 today.

My moderate and High intensity workouts were great. Starting to get the importance of breath. Must learn to focus exhale on effort. In case anyone reading this wants some epic uplifting music that feels very much tacfit, checkout:

Completed Day 12. Today was high intensity and I went hard. I had some personal mental things can come up and working out today really provided major benefit. I was a little fuzzy in my thinking and after the workout as usual, I got super clear. Awesome! I love this.

Had a 2 day hiatus on the weekend, and I jumped back in yesterday. Completed day 19. My scores are going up and I feel my technique is improving as well. Breath has really been helping. Not stopping!

Completed the mission. My scores consistently went up through out the moderate and high intensity days. I'm very happy with the results. My body has developed more muscle and I have a better physique. Cheers~
