Checking in with FlowFit®, query on my advance

I completed Flow Fit Level 1 in 2 weeks and finding it too easy advanced to Level 2 which I have done for 3 weeks and now also finding that also easy with good form. So today I had a go at Level 3 where my breathing disintigrated but I completed it in the lower high intensity zone. I felt challenged. I am wondering whether I should just add more rounds in 20 minutes for Level 2or I go with Level 3 and improve my efficiency on it.

Dear coaches out there, am I rushing too much or is this progress rate typical of someone who regularly trains martial arts and reasonably fit?

    Thanks for any guidance...

Regarding the 20 rounds of 2 vs better roundd of 3, you can choose either; it just depends on you and your goals.

It's hard to comment on your progress without seeing you move, but if you are strictly adhering to technique, then it's ok to progress at the level your body allows.Everyone adapts differently though. I thought I was reasonably fit (US Marine with a "First Class" fitness score) when I first tried FlowFit® at level 2. I had to take a break after two rounds lol.

If you'd like to submit a video for us to watch, it might be easier to determine if you are "rushing too much".

    Coach Clavijo,

I have made the video but the size does not allow me to post it here.
Would it be OK to send it to your email? It is about 5 mb and 1 min.

I am intrigued now by your experience when you were in the marines.
I got absolutely wasted on Level 3, but Level 2 I just manage to get
to moderate zone. I must be missing something here...

Anyway, if it does not put you out I'll send the file to you.

    Thanks, Mem

I 'm not too familiar with email limits on file sizes, but you can try sending it to Coach@thestillnessgym.com
Alternatively, you could post it to youtube and place the link in this thread.

As for my previous experience... yeah, FlowFit® kicked my butt. On further reflection, I think it may have been more than two rounds, but I know that I couldn't do much before having to take a break. These days I can get through it much more easily, and over the years (even just two weeks ago), I've used FlowFit® to whoop many a Marine
