when you can't do both: full intu flow instead of specific TACFIT warm up?

I begin Tacfit Warrior and have been practicing with the intu flow DVD at the most basic level for a while.

Would I have mobility covered by doing the full beginner's intu flow instead of strain prevention and the warm ups?

Have to add that I already do mobility exercise as part of my tantric hatha yoga daily practice.

    Thanks in advance

Depends on when you do it. The specific warm ups are more specific and prefered pre-workout. The full Intu-Flow® is more complete and prefered for general purpose.

Thanks herman for your reply! I workout in the mornings. I'd do Intu-Flow® just before the workout on Mod and High intensity days, as a stand alone on no intensity and before recovery.

Just found Coach Clavijo's advice (somehow skipped it when I searched the forums yesterday)

The full Intu-Flow® program would have you covered, but I think a more time efficient strategy would be to use the joint mobility videos that come with those programs as the warm-up for your workouts, and then use the full Intu-Flow® program on your No Intensity days. You can also use it whenever you have some extra time, to add in some more active recovery.
