One possible pull up substitute. Be creative. You can work this row from under a table. Can also be done sitting up straight, under the "bar" while on the floor.

would the movement patterns be too complex or is there a beginner level included?
There is a basic level. All movements can be modified to suit your existing fitness level. Always best to see a physician first before embarking on any exercise program.

Hey! The "Flow Physique" section of Primal Stress is sure as heck Tacfit, through and through! Check out either of the daily journals; Tacfit Logo on every page, Tacfit scoring sheets, Tacfit 26 protocols, Tacfit "Q" in three degrees of sophistication and regressions... Not sure what part of this ya'all don't think is "Tacfit". It's Tacfit evolved.

And for a complete beginner, Primal Stress will be great; it has multiple degrees of sophistication, like all of Scott's offerings, and is quite attainable for any reasonably healthy person.

Well.....ya just gotta look at the box! The box mine came in doesn't have any Tacfit on it. No batwing logo.
Now it might be different if he titled it something like: Tacfit TOnCTRK (Russian word without the Russian letters on my computer)
Then it would be a real Tacfit product!

I do know that going through a cycle is important. Changing the next cycle is just fine. I don't have Survival. Can't comment on it. I would think that getting PS would be a good move. There is just too much understanding in it.

Yeah, I am going to grab Primal Stress as my next Tacfit product but I don't know when that will be. But I will put the Level 1 of Survival through me and see whether I'd like to move on to Level 2 at that point or begin something else then go back.

    Decisions decisions.

    Relax. It's just practice.

I am not sure if it is mentioned in Primal Stress, but it has been discussed elsewhere before it was released, eg in TACFIT Barbarian.
