    Beckman Uses Body-Flow to "unwind"

following Coach Sonnon's advice I am beginning a body flow session to take care of an existing condition in my back, so I will be doing a body-flow session preceded by a beginner warrior wellness session and followed later in the day by one as well after my Clubbell® work. So my schedule will look like this,

    AM
    Beginner Warrior Wellness
Body-Flow session - 5 mins each exercise. Arm screw, leg swoop, and leg thread - taken to full slow range of motion.

    PM
Session of High Rep CTO with the bruiser!
Beginner warrior wellness, as well as bridge work - standing wall walk to full arch, multi-planar arch, and variation shin bridge

How did those AM movements target the area?

The AM movements helped wonderfully, my back today felt better than it has in 2 years since the injury, still tense there but def has subsided a bit and has opened up for me as well, after PM session I noticed that my arches were better, deeper, and had a better rate of technique

    AM session
Beginner warrior wellness with extra emphasis on tense areas of back RT=7
    Body-Flow - arm screw - 5 mins
    Leg swoop-5 mins
    leg thread - 5 mins

RT= 2-3 just trying to find the groove with these movements as they are very foreign to me, def have some issues with mobility and tension blindness in the area, will be a challenge getting it to open up

Feeling: breathing def opened up during the session which was a big sigh of relief ( pun intended)
sensations of these exercises was more of a slight resistance, then go with each attempt of the movement. Def felt my mood change during these exercises, which prolly means the realease got into my system good!

    PM
    Beginner warrior wellness
    10/10 CTO with bruiser RT=6

spent some time on various arches and back mobiltiy drills - felt wonderful - def big jump in standing arch mobility and kneeling arch

    thanx coach

AM session was exotic to say the least, its amazing to me how I can feel the the things I do when grinding thru the deep range - i think ive already improved 300% althought my range of motion and rate of techniqe wouldnt show that.

    AM
    Beginner Warrior wellness
Body-flow - leg thread and leg swoop for 10 mins each

after going thru it I think the 10 mins my be a bit much at this time!

I have been doing the body flow movements prescribed by Coach Sonnon for exactly 6 sessions now and as far as I can tell I am at about 78% in my mid to upper back as of right now....considering I was probably at what felt like about 30% two weeks ago

    AM
    Beginner Warrior wellness
Body flow session - 5 mins each of three exercises, leg swoop, leg thread, arm screw

made tremendous jumps in RT and decreases in Exertion

    PM

    Warrior wellness
    Clubbell® work - hit a one-hand bruiser CTO

    RT - 6
    RE- 6
