Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone can recomend what sort of SPP exercises would be useful for boxing. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Just keep an eye out. There is a new manual in the pipeline (somewhere!) that will answer this question and about a dozen more.
It's damn good stuff!

Nish,
You'd be hard pressed to find Clubbell® exercises that can't be used for boxing SPP. There will be more than a dozen new exercises in the manual, but until then...
There are clips of some of these on the forum, others are in the Ct4CS book/video. You may have to search a bit .
Mills
the Double Mill
the Loop
&
the Rabbit Holes
Drumming
See-Saw Casts
There are many others that can benefit you as well, but HOW you train them is just as important. Your training these muscles to fire explosively not gradually. This is a mistake you see all the time. Just because a guy can bench press 350lbs doesn't mean he can throw a single decent punch, let alone many punches as required for the sport of boxing. The same thing also applies to the guy who lifts much lighter weight but performs many reps. That also does not have the direct carryover to boxing.
Whether your talking about strength or endurance it's important to understand that both are velocity and wave specific.
Velocity refers to the rate at which the techniques or skill-sets are performed in a given sport. The Wave is the pattern of energy expenditure.
You need to perform the exercises at high velocity. You want to do them as quickly as you can (without endangering yourself of course).Since you asked about SPP i'm assuming you've already laid the foundation with a good GPP cycle. Now that it's time for the SPP you have to start "going ballistic".
The manual and DVD will have detailed explanations of how to best use the ballistic Clubbell® work to get the most out of your training...
but for that, you'll have to get the manual
Good luck,
