Hello forumites!-
Sonnon's UNE is one of the greatest neck/spine exercises I have ever come across.
It reminds me a bit of a Feldenkrais exercise I used to do years ago.
Old neck and shoulder injuries of mine and others seem to abate with its use.
**are there any advanced variations or fine points to emphasize to make it even more effective ?
