We were informed that due to a fire in Baltimore area the server for our website is down.
ETA on restoring the normal work of the server: today - 3 P.M. EST.

From the Support center:

"On September 20th, 2004, our systems were forced to experience a complete shutdown due to an underground fire near our Data Center (not in our Data Center itself, there was no physical damage to any of our servers or equipment).
An electrical fire in a manhole in downtown Baltimore caused most of downtown to lose power, including the City Hall and a number of other buildings.
The city of Baltimore Fire Department could not allow power to be turned back on to our building until it was deemed safe.
