Sonny has a lengthy pedigree. I've met him when he attended an RMAX seminar in Orlando, and thought he was very professional, tough and fluid. Do it.

Mr. Puzikas is listed as an accredited instructor over at Vladimir Vasilievs website http://www.russianmartialart.com

    Hi All,
Thanks again for your input, and I want to validate your feelings and opinions. I met Sonny last night to watch a class, and I was impressed to say the least. Yes he is a blast, and he flows as smooth as silk with some hard and explosive finishes. He diffently operates at a very high level, which I expected from your responses.
The big news for me was that he is an excellent teacher. The students I witnessed were of all shapes and sizes, young with little or no previous MA experience, with longest attendee trainning 9 mo'ths. They were all performing techniques of no techniques using the principals of movement and relaxation just taught and demonstrated with surprising ease.
I'm going to start trainning with him 2 days a week starting 10/18. I'll let you know how I progress from time to time.

Happily I got back in town (Sarasota, Fl) to get to watch a 2 day work shop by Vladimir Vasiliev, the head of Systema in N.America sponsored by Sonny Puzikas. It was well attended by about 50 players. All I can say is that it was an eye openner. Both Vladimir and Sonny are excelent teachers getting alot of work done while managing to have fun. I'm looking forward to begin trainning with Sonny tomorrow.

Hello to all. Scott- thanks for the good word. Hope to see you some day soon... Any plans for visiting FL in the near future?
As for 72 year young Tony... Glad to have him at our school. He presented my young students with a lesson, that I thought was very important...
Tony was about to leave after his third or fourth class. He stopped and said: "By the time I'm 75 I'll be pretty good at this..." Now- that's the mindset...
