Thanks for your kind words, but that was 10 years ago now. My flow was in its very early stages back then. More like pebbles over rocks than water.

I can imagine, my sparring practise has improved allready with only a few months of ww and clubbells, and a few weeks of body-flow.

I just hope I can make it to the softwork seminar so I can see you in action.
