I've been pointed this direction by the people at dragondoor and kettlebellsport USA. My first CB should be coming very soon. I currently train with primarily kettlebells but i also do squat work, lots of pull-up work, DB's various presses, grip work and BW stuff. I wrestle at the collegiate level and primarily strength train to assist my wrestling.
