    Low Carb Diet.

    Coach,

I have been doing the low carb for 5 days. I have not noticed the low energy you mentioned. Felt pretty good so far.

I have a couple of questions.

What veggies are good choices for this diet?

Is any kind of meat O.K. to eat?

I eat cheese with eggs this is cool right?

Is it alright to mix cheese with meat?

Thank for helping me with this. I think I am going to try this for eight weeks for starters and see how I feel after that.

If you have any suggestions let me know.

Waiting for your manual to arrive. Look forward to checking it out.

    Thanks for everything.

    Peace
    Rich

Glad to hear you're doin' well on the low carb deal.

Veggies for this diet: The Greener the better, broccoli, spinach, kale, etc.

Off hand I can't think of any meat that I'd categorize as "bad" so enjoy the variety. (unless you're like me and you'd just rather have prime rib as often as possible)

Cheese with eggs taste great and really seem to compliment each other.
Cheese with meat however is not something I eat regularly. Not so much because I don't think I should, but more because I just never have. The only meats I eat cheese with are chicken and sausage, it's never mixed well with red meat for me. In this I'd say experiment with it, have fun and enjoy the variety once again and see how it works for you, that will be the ultimate test.

Let me know what you think of the OCS Manual when you get it, I'm looking for all the feedback I can get so that my subsequent offerings can be even better.
