Thread: mma conditioning

    mma conditioning

    hi.....
    i need help putting together a workout for mma conditioning.......first my mma training is monday,thursday,sunday(sparring) so i was wondiring if it was better to train with clubbells on the days of mma training (in the morning) and spend the days off doing some active recovery and body-flow or is it better to train on the off days and how meny days should i do intensive workouts?

    Mixed martial artists tend to prefer to perform Clubbell® work 8-12 hours before sparring, with at least 24 hours of recovery between sessions.
