Congratulations to my dear, best friend, Nikolay and his beautiful, radiant wife, Lena, on the birth of their son, Anthony today!!!
I cannot tell you how wonderful this is. Nikolay and I have been together now for 8 years working together, daring great risks at monumental costs, beyond the scope appropriate to disclose in this kind of setting. But it was all Nik. It was all his support, his drive, his clarity, his sacrifice after sacrifice in time, funds, energy. I don't know how, but he continued to give and give and give.
He's been friend, guide, mentor, brother, and best man at my wedding. He's been friend to everyone in our community; never "president" - always going to every conceivable option to help people meet their needs. He managed to build RMAX solely through his own gumption, determination and grit... out of nothing, literally.
And now all of that incredible sacrifice has paid off. 2006 is the year abundance comes to the Travkin family! Nikolay, Lena and baby Anthony deserve all of the wonderful blessings Divinity bestows upon them.
