    some questions?

first of all let me tell you thant i train mma on mon,thursday,sunday...sunday being the most entense day of training.

Q1:if i wanted to use the phi density tatchet seqencing, will my mma practice make a usless protocol?

Q2:in the golden peack performance coach sannon suggests 4weeks of gpp and 4 of spp and 4 of sport specific preperness..i understand the concept of these three things but what to they translate to in practice?

Q3: in the phi density protocol how do you calculate the next step?(example step1. 40 sets of 5 in 40 min.......ect..)

Re-post this to the Program Design Help Desk and we'll help you sort it out. The PHI program design is mostly about timing your workouts to peak on the day you need it. If you have a performance date in mind, include that in your post so we can take it into account.
