    Tendon linament

    Hi tribe,

I've been workin on a finger injury and I've noticed that the circulation is imparred. I remember many years ago a freind and climber, had a mircle tendon oil/linament from a martial arts school. He used it reguarly and I tried it for some strain, I don't remember....Though I do remember being impressed. All I remember is that the stuff smelled like rootbeer.

Currently I have been supplamenting with connective tissue tincture by Herb Pharm and 1750mg of ginger caps daily.

Any suggestions on a linament would be appreciated

    Thanks Tribe.

I don't know. MSM powder and lotion should help though.

The one you're thinking about is probably some version of Dit Da Jow, I know the Thai's have a linament as well but i've never used that. Depending on your location, a chinese herbalist can whip some up for you.

Does it work? Well who knows. I used it for years back in the day and all my parts still work if that means anything, it actually "seemed" to work, but I wouldn't swear by it.

    Hi Joseph

One supplement I recommend is a systemic enzyme formula called Vitalzym. Not only has it been shown to help open up microcirculation in the extremities, but is also effective at reducing excessive scarring, often found at the sites of injury. MSM is also very effective. Combine these with warrior wellness and you may get good results.

There's alot of other benefits to be had with both vitalzym and msm for more info visit http://www.vitalzym-uk.com/moreinfo.htm and www.a1msm.com

    hope this helps
