    Vitamins

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a multi-vitamin that contains the desired amount of Vitamins C, B and Zinc outlined in Potatoes Not Prozac.

    Thanks

Hi Cristina, looks like my PM was the one that was lost?

Dr. Kathleen recommends All One multivitamin powder and has it available at her store.

here's the page (scroll down for the vitamins):

Otherwise, if I have to go to the store for them, I write down the doses and then compare the labels to see which sounds good. Most multivitamins have at least the ones Dr. K recommends.
