    Boneless skinless chicken breasts, that is.

    Have you guys seen this? it's really good.

    Although I did think the CB would be a good chicken pounder instead of a dumbbell.

    Nothing like getting me excited. :shock:

    Never understand skinless chicken. Nature designed one to eat the whole bird, not take things away. Like eating egg whites. Does not make sense. Eat the whole thing.
