Next step in proper OCS Mill Set - arm stop

Am I correct that the "resting" position during a 10 minute OCS set of Mills is the arm park as shown on page 117 of the book. Not much of a rest

    Two questions:

Can the arm the CB is resting on be bent (in the book it's dead straight) - ie if you could bend it and pack the shoulder, it's more restful, not that that's the idea of OCS, just want to be practicing the right thing.

From the arm park can you resume reps with the same hand? I could see at the end doing 5, park, do 5 park, then switch...

Once I get the transfer grooved a little I want to start working this. Back of my mind plan is to do a test 12/1 and 1/1 then do a comp the same day as the OCS out there. Maybe I can get a couple local guys to time and "judge" each other.

Bill, yes the arm stop can be bent. It actually is in the book but the photography compresses the image to 2D distorting it.
