    Need help with new program

Im' trying to find a new training program for myself. I want to compete in shuia chiao throwing and sambo. I have 8 years experience in 8 step preying mantis kung-fu and have done some kickboxing competitions. In this style there are throws and joint locks.
I currently am training with 15 lbs. clubbells, bodyflow, and warrior wellnes. it would be great if I could get any input on how best to train.
My left wrist is a little damaged. I feel a twinge on the left side of my wrist when I apply pressure like doing a push up. Also my left achilles is hurt. I fel it when I flex my foot downwards. I think its from sanding too much and not having proper shoes.
    Thank you for your information.
