Name:
Clay Shoufler

Background:
No martial arts or gymnastics, played collegiate and professional basketball

Goals:
Two years after endoscopic discectomy surgery for bulging disc in l5-s1, deadlifting injury. I am bound up in the lower back and hips, with a signficant weaker right hip and right leg than the left leg and hip. I want to increase my mobility and strength to prevent further injury and possibly to compete in basketball again. Overall, I want to improve ME, mentally, physcially, and emotionally, so I can be at my best to help others.

Availability:
I am in education working as a junior high principal. Mornings are best time for workouts, during workday 5-10 minutes on a few occassions are open, late afternoon and evening availability varies on my events at the school. Summers are wide open.

Equipment:
I have the Body-Flow book and waiting for the videos.
I am also waiting on Warrior Wellness dvd.
I am interested in the Clubbell® but haven't had the guts to purchase yet.

I have spent hours each day reading this forum and have developed a deep interest in CST. I have begun some WW exercises recommended on CST magazine and the forum. I have been dabbling in Body-Flow, which is a challenge and want to get better.
I don't quite know how to schedule things.
Should Body-Flow be every other day, 2 days a week, etc.
Should WW be everyday, certain exercises on certain days.
Where does strength exercises come in? When can I do push ups and pull ups, etc.
Are kettlebells a piece of equipment I should look into as well?

Thank,
Clay
