Hi,
I'm UK (London) based and found this site via mma.tv and Scrapper's website.
At the moment, i'm working out how i will fit together Scrapper's stuff, Body Flow exercises (book & tapes are on order) and Taku's intervals - without being unable to move for days afterBut i'm just procrastinating and just need to get off my bum and start it.
I currently am learning to fence twice a week and want to get back into doing krav maga (for self defence) and jujitsu (for traditional martial art basis)...just not enough evenings in the weekI would also love to do a beginner's course in acrobatics in the future so i'm really intrigued to see how the Body Flow exercises will help my gymnastic abilities
