At least in that vicinity, First let me say that I have purchased the 10 lb. Clubbell®. It is expected to ship out Monday.
Today at work I was delivering a system to be boxed up and delivered. Be sides a DF antenna, we have aother unit that weighs about 300 lbs. Three of us were lifting it up in the bed of a truck while a forklift with a pallet moved in underneath it.
What happened is that while lifting it up something pop in my wrist. The feeling was that it was in those tendons that run under the arm to the hand. It hurt and my hand went partially numb. For a second I was sure I wouldn't be able to hold it up. After we set it down I was looking myself over to make sure that nothing was wrong. The pain went away rather quickly and my strength returned and as of this writing I don't feel any ill affects whatsoever.
What do you think that was?
Unfortunately it will take me time to get everything I want for equipment. I still need to get the CST book and Warrior Wellness, but I will get them. In the meantime I have found enough information and videos to get me started once the Clubbell® comes in. I am hoping to really increase my grip strength and flexibility in that area. Of course working over my shoulder abd increasin its flexibility and strength is also a big issue.
