    Hello Andy,
Why not come to Glasgow in October for the softwork seminar where not only will you get to train alongside Coach Sonnon but you will be able to meet likeminded individuals. We will be discussing the role of training groups at the seminar, and this is an excellent time to come. A few places are still available.

    Andrew.

    Hello Andy,

You are very welcome to join us down the road in Loughborough. We are into all things RMAX. including the Clubell.

As you are no doubt aware, all aspects of the RMAX approach compliment each other. They all have the on going purpose of integrating breathing, structure and alignment.

Having no Martial Arts background is not as important as a willingness to explore the RMAX approach with a partner(s) as we do in Softwork.

Working together allows us all to grow much more than if we work alone.

    Kind Regards,

    Mike McCarthy.
