Any chance we can get a tentative head count on who is planning on attending? It will help us to figure out the specifics for the training schedule.

Hi Dale,
We'll be having a mini ICS competition. It'll only be 5 minutes instead of 10 minutes for each combination. The rest period between the two combinations (Swipes and Mills) will be 15 minutes.
The men will be using 15lb clubbells and the women will be using 10lb clubbells.

Just posting as a reminder that the CST Carnival Clubbell® Workshop is this Saturday, starting at 10AM in the West Picnic area at Mercer County Park, NJ.
If you're still deciding to come, you'll be able to register the day of the event!!!
It will be a fun time for all, there will be a Mini-ICS competiton and prizes to the winners and also RMAX items for sale too.
