I've been looking at all the productions, and there's an obvious evolution between works. So I'm really looking for the most current works that will give me the big picture (and the necessary details) that I can just take them and experiment.
Obviously I'm going to buy a pair of clubbells, plus the Clubbell® Training for Circular Strength book and video.
As for everything else, would Softwork and Maximology be good to start? I'm also thinking Body Flow, or would Warrior Wellness be necessary also?
