I created Warrior Wellness almost 8 years ago, and it desperately needed updating, as it was dedicated primarily to martial artists and athletes. My movement has improved dramatically in that near decade of practice, but more importantly, my presentation of the material meets the greater demands of the general public now. It's gained so much more refinement, sophistication and simplicity since the old Warrior Wellness days. Moreover, I've added new material to this program never before seen!
Furthermore, after receiving years of constructive feedback on the clubbells, I created a design which everyone from kids to elders, athlete to ample can access. I took the "Micro-loading" concept of the original Clubbell®, and applied it to the entire length coating it with a soft neoprene coating to offer complete protection. Although 5 pounds each, the Mini-Clubbell® can be gripped from knob to center of mass, making it equivalent to a 5 pound dumbbell for the club swinging newbie. Unlike the 5 lbs Original Clubbell® which at even the deepest choke depth still presents a hefty challenge, anyone who can lift a 5 pound dumbbell then can use a Mini-Clubbell®.
