VERY recent purchase of Warrior Wellness

So, yesterday I opened and watched the first section of Warrior Wellness.
Today, I find that it's being supplanted by Intu-Flow®.

So, am I stuck with a sunk cost (not quite what I mean... I know all of Mr. Sonnon's materials are golden).

Should I just count the money as lost, and reorder Intu-Flow®?

I ask because I have to be cautious with the spendage, though I'll do what's necessary...

    go with ww

you'll get pleanty out of warrior wellness. Just because Intu flow is the new big thing around here doesnt mean warrior wellness is obsolete. I know I for one will be using warrior wellness despite ordering intu flow. one doesnt really remove the importance of the other only builds on it.

I'm also leary of spending money. If you've already got WW then work with it. Most of us started with WW, liked it, sing its praises and will continue to do it as our daily mobility. WW costs less than IntuFlo and is still a great product. Don't worry about it. You bought it because you wanted it. Just because its not the shiniest thing out there doesn't mean its not the same product you ordered. (I suffer from this everytime I buy a PC ).

I think IntuFlo is going to become the flagship product. It looks like its going to provide a great overview of many of the facets of RMAX (joint health/mobility, Presara, clubbells, etc...). Its 3 DVDs long so I'm thinking there's going to be a lot of material in there. I'm not sure if its going to take joint wellness/mobility as deep as WW or Freedom By Degree. I haven't seen it yet so I can only speculate :( However I fully expect that when the "Where should I start" question comes up the answer is going to be IntuFlo instead of Warrior Wellness.

Heavens no, not a sunk cost. There are things in WW that are not in Intu-Flow®, and vice versa.

In your shoes I'd happily spend a year at the levels of WW and then look around at what other spendage there is.

    Sir,

I am somewhat stunned - I am sorry that you feel that way - WW is superb from a myriad of filters including the Tensegrity, neurological, and Pert's approach.

When participating in an organization based upon continued evolution, there are only two courses of action:

    1. Participate where you can and are, actively contributing to the collective evolution of the system and organization by getting 100% involved in each course through your daily personal practice.

    2. Never participate while awaiting the "final" iteration, the "perfect" presentation of the system, course or equipment; or be disgruntled when you participate and find that soon after a new iteration evolves.

It's obviously silly to be in the latter, though entry level CST Athletes sometimes have difficulty taking proactive charge of their lives with the former.

People still actively practice and individually purchase Grapplers Toolbox and Zdorovye, even though there are more recent iterations. The same is and will be true of Warrior Wellness.

    Thank you, and I apologize...

A little unbridled consumerism from me, there.

I feel a bid badly about that post... reading it this morning, it sounds quite disrespectful.

Please know that the only true concern I had was similar to that of missing a second of two performances by a musician. Of course, it never would have struck me to say "well, I wish I hadn't seen him play THAT... I bet he played better this time."

I fully understand the concept of contribution to the evolution of these concepts and methods, and to the opportunity all will have for transcendence.

Please forgive what now looks like a really petty, narrow post from me.

I am only blessed to have the materials. That is how I wish to leave this.

    And blessings to you all.

I understand where you are coming from.
You just dropped some money on something and then see a shiny newer version has been released.

But you just have to remember that Warrior Wellness is not like the accidently buying a video game and then seeing the sequel with better graphics just came out !

I've had the tapes for over a year now and 80% of my joint mobility practice is still the beginner tape. I only use a few of the intermediate movements and haven't even looked at the advanced tape.

There are years of learnings on there!

    thank you

    Suprisingly and refreshingly supportive here.

I'm very impressed, and thankful I became involved.

only fair (reposted due to my error)

Not to pull any more attention to this silliness I started, but I thought I should, in all honesty, make note of the result of this thread... just so anyone who reads it will know who was being petty (me) and who was not (everyone else).

I've done PARTS of the beginning Warrior Wellness™ up to now, just did the whole first set w/ Mr. Sonnon on DVD.

Well, exactly as advertised, it's great. The teaching, the fact that I felt he was speaking directly to me, that I felt truly encouraged (by someone who truly apppeared to care... interesting... how does he do that?).

Oh. And I feel really good already. A little surprised at where the 'sticking points' were, but I know more about myself than I did half an hour ago.

Thanks (for the REALLY TRULY last time in this thread) again to all.
