need help in prep for Iota

I'm coming to Iota. It's bought and paid for. Now I have to get into shape.
I just finished a swipe density cycle with my pair of 10 lbers. I tried a head cast and my left is weak. I choked up and was able to do the exercise. I plan on working 5x5 until I'm not choking up anymore. My question is, is there an order to working thru the casts which would be most beneficial?

I'm doing warrior wellness at least once a day and often twice. Intu Flow is ordered and I'm ordering Pasara tomorrow. I just started exploring Body Flow and plan to use it as an active recovery.

    Thanks for your help.

    Jeff,

As someone who just attended the Theta seminar, I might suggest practicing the fundamentals first and foremost as they are the basis for all of the other exercises. Read the reviews and responses of the Theta folks, as well as Coach Sonnon's recent Article submission "How Does One Become an RMAX Certified Coach?".

    Good luck!

That is my plan. I just want to optimize my time as March is not that far away and I seem to have a strength problem on my left side. I realize I may not be able to cover everything but since I decided to get serious about this I'd like to optimize the fun.

That being said, last night did 5x5 head casts 1inch down from full choke. Last set was easier than the first, so there is a skill component here as well. I know this is dooabel and am looking forward to the game getting there and the new horizons after Iota.

When I had a strength imbalance I was told, hold back on the strong side while the weak catches up. And it worked.

On the casts, the order of exercises presented in the book or DVD is fine. If you can get to 3 x 10 with good form, as it says in the cert prerequisites, you'll have a good background in the CBs for Iota.

    Jeff,

In addition to Connie's recommendation (be able to perform all of the fundamental Clubbell® exercises 3 sets of 10), I would suggest:

    - Daily practice of Warrior Wellness (or Intu-Flow®) - this will be the foundation of everything you do. If possible, get familiar with diagonal infinities and clover leaves.

    - Get familiar with Be Breathed, especially the plow position, as you'll find yourself transitioning through this key position constantly.

    - Be familiar with the fundamental biomechanical exercises in Body Flow.

When I was prepping for my first CST cert course I reviewed every video and re-read all of the books. It helped.

All the best. Looking forward to meeting you there!

Connie - I'm working both sides at left side strength so I should balance out. I wanted to be sure the order in the book and dvd for the casts would be good. Thanks.

    Ryan,
Looks like I'm on track as that was my plan.

Thanks to both of you! Now that I'm sure of the route I just need to do the work. If I run into any bumps along the way I'll yell for some help.

Looking forward to meeting you at Iota and the pleasure will be all mine.
