I just wanted to share with you an idea about a possible protocol for Double D. As with any training idea you can tweak it any which way to suit your needs. The idea is to lean ones training towards the far end of the strength-endurance contiuum; that is high-end strength-endurance (with emphasis on strength).
One session is to be done with a bruiser employing a full body exercise such a snatch done ABC style. The second session can be done with a heavy kettlebell(ie 2pood) on a long cycle clean and jerk. I have never tried this out so whether overtraining is unavoidable or not is not certain. That is for the Tribe to find out. Possiblities for tweaking may be workout frequency per week and/or volume and density. Hope this post was of some value. Thanks for listening.
