So, I've had some time to play around with Intu-Flow as well as the extension training a bit. When I first sat down and watched the Intu-Flow segment I had mixed feelings. Some of the thoughts that were going through my head were, "Well, I acomplish most of this type of training with my Ashtanga yoga practice" and, "I'm fairly certain I get the benefits that are being discussed with my Qi Kung practice." Well, I chose to work with the begining class of Intu-Flow and then give a go with the intermediate class to see if anything shifts with my prefered activity of rock climbing. I've had some time to worked with the recomended movements that are being presented with Intu-Flow and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised and impressed on a variety of different levels. I like how the program is designed to incorporate the breathing of a Qi Kung practice and the gentle stretching of a restorative yoga practice. I've found that Intu-Flow does indeed increase my range of movement and fluidity in a different way that my yoga practice doesn't offer. I now find that my movements in my yoga practice are smoother and present a greater sense of transitions. Intu-Flow, so far, has done everything to supplement my yoga practice. I have noticed that Intu-Flow is presenting me with new tools from which I can apply to my rock climbing. Intu-Flow is changing my thoughts as to how I move up the rock. Intu-Flow is helping me blend my static as well as dynamic moves on the rock. I've already been able to use new movements to position my body in ways that didn't seem to work before. I've been working on a particular bouldering problem for a while and couldn't figure out how to finish it but a new way presented itself yesterday. I attribute finishing the problem to the new way of thinking I'm learning to develop with Intu-Flow. I've also been playing around with the miniclub bells and have been equally impressed. Thank you much and look forward to sharing future results. Take care, be well, and stay productive.
Abundantly!
Wesley
