Getting clubbells soon, need some quick answers

After about a year of contemplating buying them
i have decided to invest in some clubbells next month or so.
    I have a few questions:

    1) I am getting a pair of 15s and i also want a larger bell
for two handed work. Should i go for a 25 or is it better
to work with the bruiser with two hands?

    2) On the buying page on this site when i click on
the two handed Clubbell® dvd the ABC Manual page loads up.
Are these the same product or do they use the same ideas?

    3) Just wondering if the big book of Clubbell® training covers
all of the training idea's and routines in the original book like
density training and the phi sequence etc.

    4) Does Prasara have a place in a boxers routine? I mean
i have been doing body flow like screw ups, rock ups, quad Hops
and neck rolls, can Prasara be used as a step up or an advanced
    version to replace those drills?

P.S Sorry for all the questions

    Hi Michael,

I'll take stab at your questions.

    1) Clubbell® weights are very dependant on the person. The only person I've seen pick up 15 lb clubbells® for the first time and feel really comfortable with them was a master swordsman. Impossible to recommend without knowing how 'burly' you are.

I'd order the lighter ones first, then depending on your experience in the first few weeks/months with those - it can give you a better sense of whether to go with a 25 or say 35 for the heavier/two handed work.

    2) These are the same product - renamed.

    3) I don't know for sure all the contents of the Big book. I'd say it's a matured/ evolved/ expanded version of the first book.

    4) I'd say Prasara has a place in any Martial Artist life - regardless of specific discipline. Getting in 'flow without thought' transcends arena.

    Hope this helps,
    C-

    Morning Tristan,

Get on the phone and give Matt over in Adelaide a bell - he can answer lots of your questions and get you well and truly sorted.

    He is a good bloke.
