If you want to learn specifically about stretching methods, I highly recommend Thomas Kurz Scientific Stretching 4th ed. and Kit Laughlin Overcome Neck & Back Pain. Those will give you a good foundation in the theory and application of dynamic, passive, and PNF stretching. Beyond those, you may want to look up info on Active Isolated Stretching, as I've been hearing some good stuff on it lately (but don't have a good reference to recommend yet).
    Jason,

Here is your resource. www.stretchingusa.com This was recommended by a friend of mine who really talented in this field.

    Jason,

The link Bao gave you is a great site, I have the book "Active Isolated Stretching: The Mattes Method" and it is really good and I have found progress using the techniques along with my daily ROM practice. If you're interested in getting a book on AIS, I would suggest you get this one. I plan on ordering the the DVD to see if it is also helpful too.

    Take care,
    Chris
