I have recently started the intermediate level of Intu-Flow® and noticed that the elbow routine doesnt cover the front and back planes as in Warrior Wellnes. The elbow is a joint that i have had problems with in the past, surgery on it a few years ago, and the front circle in WW has always made it feel real good. Is it ok to incorporte the front and back planes into the routine? Or were these two movements left out deliberatly?
