I am trying to lose about 20 lbs. I was 210 lbs but have dropped to 189 lbs.
Body Fat %: 28 %
I have been on the slim fast meal bars for about 3 months which consists of 1 meal bar for breakfast and lunch w/snack in between meals and a regular dinner. It does seem to be working as I have seen alot a change in my body. I have been doing Strongfortism (4-5 exercises per lesson using 5 lb db's and combining all previous lessons together as you progress through the weeks. New lesson every 2 weeks.) I am on week 10 of a the 20 week program. I just got my club bells this week so I haven't had a chance to incorporate it into my routine.
Basically, I was looking for some guidance and wisdom. Slim Fast bars have not been bad as they have been working so I am not really sure if continuing on this diet will cause me to lose the wrong kind of weight or is working the way it should be. Any information is appreciated.
