I just got my 10 lb clubbells the other day and am very impressed with it's design. They are very deceiving in their weight. I initally thought the 10 lbs clubbells would be easy, but I was mistaken. Those 10 lb's feel a lot more heavy when doing the exercises. I love it! My wife is so fascinated about the clubbells that she has already asked me to get her the 5 lb clubbells for her birthday.
I still haven't ordered the CST book/video and will be hopefully getting them soon. I am pretty much going with the video clips on the web site for the moment. I am curious... Which exercises should I concentrate on until I get the book/video. I like the whole body exercises with the squats and lunges combined to get an all body workout but I keep thinking to myself that I should practice the more basic exercises to build a good foundation. Any suggestions or thoughts?
