Stanford University is offering free lectures through Itunes. There are a couple lectures by Robert Sapolsky Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcers who Coach Sonnon mentions in the 3DPP and Body-Flow books.

I love the idea of free access to university classes

Technology allows me to dowload a lecture and "sit in" on a professor's class whenever I want. so cool.

I know there is a wealth of university material on the web.. just a matter of finding it.
