My wife just ordered me a pair of 15# CB's for Christmas. I have the CST book and am going to order the CB video also. I know breathing is important so I'm also going to order Be Breathed. Beyond that what should I order. I am thinking of Warrior Wellness but there are many other choices too. I am 53 years old, have been working out with KB's (and having a blast with them) and am intwerested in further weight loss (I'm down 87 pounds with 34 to go) and general health.
I cannot recommend warrior wellnes enough, an excellent product

Another vote for WW. Simple, easy to apply, works maybe even more so to fix KB tightness then CB.
Don't want it to sound like i'm beating a dead horse but.... You can't beat the Warrior Wellness. The benefits that this program has provided me in terms of speeding up recovery time, preventing injury and DOMS have been second to none. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Thanks guys. I can take a hint! Four for four is a pretty strong reomendation. Warrior Wellnes wil be ordered tomorrow along with Be Breathest and the CB video. Can't wait for Christmas. The order for the CB's just made it under the wire this morning to be shipped tomorrow (Tuesday) and not next week. I'm hoping I made the right decision in telling her to get me the 15 pounders.
