    xtension

how often can you do the xtension program?

it doesn't seem to be too taxing muscularly, so can you practice every day or say like 5 or 6 times a week?

    just curious.

it's a great program anyway and my shoulders, chest and back are feeling fantastic as a result. i have only been practicing 3 times a week but feel i could probably do it more often....

also did a 100 rockits non-stop today with the 5lb clubs!

I asked a similar question a couple of months ago. Coach Sonnon gave a pretty detailed answer in this post.

Sometimes on "rest days", I go through a "mini" extension program - just a few reps, slow & easy, at the end of a WW or Intu-Flow® session. I try to relax into each exercise & find it's very good for any muscular tension and/or soreness that's accrued from the previous day's workout.
