I am interested in all strength sports. I have competed in strongman and powerlifting, though only compete in powerlifting at this time.
I played rugby extensively for about twelve years, and am interested in joint health and mobility due to the cumulative effect of that sport.
It's all about performance enhancement and optimal health for me.
