Dislocated shoulder rehabilitation

Hello,
I dislocated my right shoulder breakdancing just over two years ago, practicing 1990s. I had surgery on it (they are doing a clinical trial at the Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh) and lots of physio therapy which seemed to do the trick as i was breaking again after about 4 months and was performing again after 6. I got back to practicing 1990s about a year and a half after surgery. However, last December while practicing back somersaults i dislocated it again. Not from impact, i landed on my feet, but half way through the flip the tops of my shoulders spasmed and when i landed i realised that my arm had popped out. Again.

Anyway, i'm going back into hospital for an MRI scan at some stage and they may offer me surgery again and physio.

I was wondering if anyone could suggest some rmax/circularstrenght style rehab/conditioning exercises for my shoulder.
