Congratulations to CST Coach Candidate Bao Tran

Bao has been with us for quite a while now, since right before Softwork in 2004. He was the first professional CST Instructor making his living from teaching CST, especially impressive considering he's doing so in the highly competitive atmosphere of New York City.

That Staff met with Bao this past weekend and invited him to the challenge of testing for CST Coach. This is an extremely challenging and rigorous self-examination which requires one to overcome the most difficult of personal and professional obstacles. We actually open the invitation to candidates, but we strongly discourage them from accepting, because there are only a deeper understanding of the CST ocean, and greater service (responsibility) to others as the rewards. That Bao would be up to this selfless personal and professional journey is impressive enough.

The exams endure for three months, so please show him your support.

Expect great things from Bao, because he already is doing them. But in the future, you will rapidly see this young man change the face of physical culture.

    Brother, we believe in you.
